I assumed that now that this tumblr blog has surpased the 300 followers milestone, it would be a good idea to clear some things about the nature of this site.

OBJECTIVE
This tumblr blog was initially created as a complement for the “Get Joel McHale to Host SNL” facebook campaign, and as an archive for all things Joel-McHale related.

CREDIT POLICY
We will try to post a source link to anything shared on this site.
Note: I’m currently going through the entries to tag them (I’ll eventually post a tag list for better browsing) and post the proper source links.

WHAT YOU WILL SEE HERE
Articles, interviews, videos, photoshoot pictures, twitpics, public event photos (red carpets, charities, interviews, press events, etc.), promo pics for COMMUNITY, Soup/Community gifs, and the occasional photoshopped graphic/screencap (nonetheless, we intend to be a resource site by posting mostly un-edited pictures).

WHAT YOU WON’T SEE HERE
Paparazzi pictures unelated to his line of work.
We believe that one is entitled to their privacy and to having a say in what is made public about them (yes, even as public figures; they are human beings, not idols). If you want to see pictures documenting Joel shaving his head, attacking a mini van with an umbrella, hopping off a car wearing a cocktail dress and no underwear, or pictures of him with his kids (at non-public events), you will not find them here.
